Our Model

A Practical Women-Led
Ecosystem

Our model is built around small, trusted women’s groups of 15–25 members working together with discipline, transparency, and mutual trust. Each part of our model supports the other, creating a complete system that is owned, managed, and sustained by women.

ECOSYSTEM COMPONENTS

How the Ecosystem Works

Community-Managed Savings & Credit

Women contribute monthly savings pooled into a community fund. Members borrow at fair interest rates to meet emergency needs and avoid exploitative moneylenders.

Reducing Household Costs

Essential household items like atta, oil, and suji are provided at affordable prices, reducing monthly expenses and increasing savings capacity.

Livelihoods & Employment

Women earn income through packaging, processing, distribution, and sales. This strengthens the local economy and builds confidence.

Leadership & Decision-Making

Women manage groups and make collective decisions, developing leadership skills and a stronger voice in their communities.
